13/7/11 - Testimonial

About a month ago, I made a purchase of 5x Short Rider Fem and 5x White Widow Fem. I put all 5 Short Riders into germination and 2 of the white widows right of the bat. After about a week and a half, the White Widows were already in the medium and considered 'seedlings'. The Short Riders on the other hand, still in the paper towel. :( I still waited a few more days before discarding them and calling it quits, but still then, no luck. I then opened up a support ticket to just bring the problem to Nirvana's attention. I stated that, I have ordered a few times prior, all seeds prior having a 100% success rate in germination except these few seeds and even though upset that they were a 'no-go', either way, I would still be a loyal customer considering all my other attempts have gone great. A few days latter, I got an E-Mail replying to my concern stating that they were apologetic that this occurred, even though no one else has reported any issues with this strain during germination. They made it up to me in the long run, and all is great now. In the end, I am VERY thankful for Nirvana's customer service and was VERY pleased with even getting a reply to my Email. Thanks again Nirvana, great seeds, great customer service.



11/1/11 - Thank you Charlie!

Nirvana is the most professional seed company in the business. I will definately be coming to Nirvana for ALL of my seed needs and with the huge selection of indica dom, sativa dom, and indica/sativa mixes, why wouldnt you. I felt I needed to comment about how well Nirvana took care of me and I will be spreading the word in my area (since my state is #1 in my nation for indoor crops). DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF GOING TO MIDDLEMAN SEEDBANKS! Come straight to Nirvana, this is coming from experience as I've used every other "International seedbank". Again, I want to thank Nirvana this time as a public comment. I really do appreciate your help!

Just wanted to let you know everything arrived in perfect order. Very discreet and a big thumbs up on the packing. Also thanks for the surprise gift ,I will let my friends try them and pass along a A+ reference just in case they every want to order. P.S. their not getting any of mine. In the past I ordered from a big name seed bank in GB but the seeds indeed were only souvenirs. What a waste of money and time. From all the posts I gather this is The Place to order from. Your customer service and help desk has gotten an A+ form all. a BIG THANKS for my order.......you guys rock

11/18/10 - Customer for life

I just wanted to take moment to give credit where credit is due! Let me first say thank you for your GREAT Customer Service and products. The replacement order showed up on and I was amazed with the resolution to my complaint. You provided more than I expected. I planted my seeds a few weeks ago and this time around I am 9 out of 10! Nice!!!!! If anyone questions this site as a fake or have a question about service....all I can say is that I am speechless! You have gained a customer for life! I will keep you posted as to the results......stay tuned!

11/18/10 - Stealth shipping

I hope this message makes it to the testimonials page for the sake of shattering any doubts people like myself would have had before I took the plunge. I placed my order on a Sunday. The order ships Friday of that week and I receive it the following Wednesday. I understand that not everyone should expect to receive mail that fast from across the Atlantic. Yet this is just fantastic. Concerning stealth. In my package's case. There's absolutely no way anyone other than the informed recipient would have discovered my little fellows. Other than ripping the thing to shreds. I have not one negative thing to say. That's it. :)

Yall' have been just terrific, of which I would like to share this experience and how wonderful you all were in a review soon if I may. My only concern in that would be that folks might be afraid to have the same experience with customs. My emphasis would be how you and the rest of the Nirvana staff took me at my word, were honorable beyond any expectation I could of ever had and made sure I received the order I placed. Nirvana is an "up front" company! I had trouble with gern rate so I told Alice. She replaced the beans immediately - no questions asked! I couldn't believe how fast the replacements (20 seeds in all) arrived here in midwestern USA . Shipped on Thursday - arrived on Monday -unbelievable -but believe it. Even though I have experience I am ordering a couple of Ultimate Grow Kits, out of fairness to Nirvana who was fair with me, in case my methods were problematic. I can't wait to taste the AI and AK but will wait for Kits to arrive before starting again. I have some bag strains going to hold me over until I can get the "real thing" going. lol I will order from Nirvana again and again! And the stealth shipping is GREAT! (fun too!) If you think I used a lot of exclamation points in this review, It's because...NIRVANA ROCKS!!!

Dear Nirvana team, I just received my order and wanted to thank you with some great feedback. In one of the testimonials I read on the site a guy said he wasn’t sure about the shipping, well let me tell you that your shipping is great and I’m from Israel you know that security here is considered good from the best in the world. Hi Nirvana crew, i just wanted to say how impressed I am with your site. I was in Amsterdam a few years ago and i believed i smoked some of your product from a few coffeeshops, so i knew i could trust the quality but as shipping i was iffy. I started reading the comments about how fast they received their orders and got me hooked. I placed my order for bubblelicious fem. autoflower seeds and I could not be more excited.
