Payment and Shipping

Shipping Information:

1. Seeds will be shipped separately from all other products!
2. Packets of regular seeds contain 10 seeds each. Packets of feminized seeds contain 5 seeds each.
3. Orders will be sent only after the payment has been settled in full.
4. Our packaging department processes orders in the order in which we receive payment.
5. We generally send out orders on most weekdays, but always on Tuesdays and Fridays.
6. Each stage in the order process will be confirmed by e-mail.
7. We do NOT accept cheques, money orders or MoneyGram!

 

Shipping Costs:

We charge a flat rate fee for shipping and handling. This fee helps us maintain our high standard of fast and stealthy shipping. Every order is wrapped discreetly in some type of free gift to make sure it reaches you safely. The shipping charge for this stealth service applies worldwide and comes to €8 per order. If you use JOHNDOESEEDS your shipping charges are zero!

We accept Visa MasterCards and American Express (AMEX). Paying by credit card is the quickest method of payment. It is also very safe, as all payments go through a Secure Payment Gateway (SSL).

On your credit card statement, your payment will be discreetly listed under a safe, non-cannabis related name. Gift cards or pre-paid cards issued by Visa or MasterCard may also work, but please drop us a line if you experience issues paying with these. Note that it has to be a CREDIT card: debit cards (such as Visa Electron) will not work. Also make sure your card is authorized for international transactions.

Refunds & Cancelations
If wish to cancel a paid order or be refunded for a payment, please note that we charge an administrative fee of € 5 per transaction.


REMEMBER: Seeds are shipped separately from anything else you may order! If you have received one part of your order, but not another, please wait a while before contacting us. The rest of your order will most likely turn up later.

REMEMBER: Stealth Shipping by Priority mail = NO track & trace. Due to the nature of our merchandise, we are unable to offer tracked postage of any kind.

Payment Errors

If you get a 'payment error', it means that our payment processor has rejected your payment. We are not given a specific reason when this happens.

Reasons for rejection can be:

  • your credit card doesn't have enough credit
  • your creditc card cannot be used outside the country (this sometimes happens in the USA)
  • the country you live in is considered a 'high-risk country' by the bank
  • you are using a debit card that is not supported (some are, some aren't)
  • you are using a gift card that is not supported (again, some are, some aren't)

Please try again by ordering anew. If you have another card you can use, preferably from another bank, please do. Your order will most likely go through. If it doesn't, see below for our other payment options.

NOTE: If you used Points in the order that didn't process, simply go to My Account > My Orders and cancel the order in question. This will release your Points immediately so you can use them again for a different order.

If you keep having problems with credit card payments then there are some alternatives:

  • Bank payment. If your bank is inside the EU, bank payments are free. Outside the EU you'll have to pay extra for the transaction
  • Cash. Please note that this option is at your own risk. Every now and then, we do receive an envelope that has been emptied - not often, but it happens. So if you want to send cash: DON'T SEND COINS, since they are very easy to detect by the people that handle the mail.
