I ended up with some HUGE buds but i didnt weigh all of them together. this strain really, really packed together some DENSE buds.

Earthy, Musky, Sugar Cane. Metallic. Very afghan like in my opinion. Old School for sure!

This strain knocks the crap out of everyone!! My plant was nearly 100% pure indica, very thick stems and wide leaves. The buds were so dense, i was able to show people that it isnt some kind of trick to get buds that dense. You can't force buds together and squish them down and get them as dense as mine were... they are freakin rocks!! Its pretty much night time meds to anyone who isnt an Indica lover. As for me, im able to smoke it during the day, but i prefer my white rhino for daytime. My friends, and even my heavy smoking girlfriend cant handle smoking Medusa except before bedtime tho! this stuff is a MIRACLE for leg pain too!! i have SEVERE leg pain and this strain has been the MOST helpful out of about 15 strains so far. I had a rough start with this plant in Veg, but you couldnt tell once i flowered it! this thing was a HASH MONSTER too btw!! very nice strain Nirvana!! one of my favorites! this is a follow up on my previous review.

The smell is EXTREMELY pungent. Smells like a combination of dirty sweaty socks and the neighborhood skunk, but finishes sweet. unusual but nice!

This is a nice exotic smelling strain. I have a Nirvana White Rhino that was put in 12/12 at the same time as my medusa and they look VERY similar. Only noticeable differences are that medusa has a few more leaves, and white rhino has a floral hashy scent while medusa is super skunky and raunchy. they have nearly identical structure though. My medusa stayed very very short, and showed its indica side mostly. It had issues all thru veg tho... i had given it a soiltab i got here at nirvana and it hated it, i had to keep flushing out the plant until it was gone. the plant nearly died at least 4 times, thats why i had to veg the plant for at least 3 months before i could flower it(i had other plants germ, grow and flower even with the soiltabs and flowertabs in the same setup while medusa just kept trying to die on me during that time). and i had 2 seeds not germ before that... so i contacted the help desk and we talked it out and they sent me another 5 pack of medusa and swore it wasnt a common problem. i believe them... but i do think Medusa is NOT a beginner strain. chrystal and white rhino are VERY easy to grow and have excellent end products, those are the best for beginners IMO. medusa is not a crappy strain tho... its just a picky one! strong smell!!

I have had great results with Medusa in the past but this time has me wondering. Of 15 feminized seeds 11 sprouted. One of the 11 was unable to shed the seed pod and died. Of the remaining 10 sprouts, three were males. This leaves me 7 of the original 15... less than 50% success rate and of the seven only one smells like the Medusa I have grown in the past with great success! Now, I am only in the 3rd week of flowering but the lack of the sweet stink is interesting. As I said this if far from the first time with Medusa and I am definitely disappointed on this round!

Ok so I have been doin this about a year and Medusa was one of My first. My wife picked it actually. I have grown 4 from seeds, 1 left. All for Germinated. Let me say the room has greatly changed and I can tell you that out of my 4 I had 1 that was better then the others size and quality wise. but they where all close. My first set the room temp was to high and produced large but airy bud. I did this strain with many other Greats and it by far is the best overall product of them all. Vanilla Kush, Super Lemon Haze, Strawberry Blue, Exile, Afghan Kush, Pakistani Kush, anyways you get the point. Now that everything is working right this is a heavy really hard dense yeild. The aroma is that serious musty gotta have whats in your pocket shit. A year in I have tortured this plant to see what it does and damn its a tough bastard. I have 3/4 chopped it, Skint It, Burnt It, Straight Nuted it (Did kill it). Kick Ass Plant, Kick Ass Product, You want be dissapointed., BTW this plant did good with a big space lower plant count or in sog.

I've had the pleasure of growing six of these on three different occasions. Inside they thrive mine were ~165cm (5.5 feet), no pest or mildue problems. The yeild is great and has all the trichromes you want. My six dried to a lovely light brown color, didn't obtain couch lock status but makes a great sleep aid. I'm a med user, but the high will be close to your heart. ellie

planted 5 fem Medusa and all 5 germinated and are growing great. hoping for a nice harvest in about two months. Only thing strange is plants are growing at an angle to the light not straight up toward it. Kinda weird but happy with results so far. already place second order today
