The two major things you had problems with were our seed catalogue and our stealth shipping methods. We hope you'll allow us a chance to explain a bit more about these issues, starting with the first. As you may have noticed, Nirvana is not a reseller - we don't buy seeds from other companies, but we breed our own, with love. A lot of our time is spent breeding our existing strains to provide seeds for our enormous customer-base. We sell in our own shop as well as to other sellers, so you can imagine the amount of work that takes. Adding new strains to the seedbank is a time-consuming process. Quality control and careful assessment of each new strain is very important to us, which means we do not add new strains to our range all that often. We can only promise that we *are* working on it... so watch this space! Second, regarding stealth shipping, we are actually considered one of the best companies to buy from in this respect - ask around and you'll be told the same thing. The minor risk ordering seeds entails is wholly out of our hands: only you can decide whether it is OK in your country to order. We wrap orders very securely and discreetly, and luckily, the vast majority of our customers receives their seeds without any hitches. We switch methods frequently, and on those rare occasions in the past when one method proved less safe than others, we immediately stopped using it.
