Tips on how to win

1. Take clear and appealing photos. We prefer pictures of plants that are almost ready to harvest, and that clearly show the flowers.

2. Work that macro button! A nice close-up glamour shot really gets us going.

3. Add some information to the Description field when you upload the picture. For instance, how old is the plant in the pic, when are you going to harvest, etc. This may be helpful to other growers as well!

4. Make sure you upload pictures of Nirvana Full Moon only, no other strains!

5. Give your plant a little TLC before you start - can't hurt! Good luck and have fun!

So your little seedlings have grown up to become vigourous and flourishing cannabis plants. The time has come for them to flower. But how can you help your plants through the flowering period? What nutes do they need? In short: what is the easiest way to ensure maximum harvests of first-rate marijuana?

Just as Soiltabs help your seedlings develop into strong, bushy, mature plants, so Flowertabs give your cannabis plants the energy to burst into exuberant and abundant bloom. Each tab contains exactly the right mixture of nutrients for flowering cannabis plants.

Have you ever had a plant that took forever to finish flowering, or turned out to have a disappointing yield? Even when you've managed to raise your plants successfully through the vegetative period, there are still plenty of factors that can adversely affect your harvest.Of course, you will need to switch the lighting cycle in your grow room, ideally to 12 hours of darkness and 12 of light. It is vital that the dark period really is dark, because light leaks not only may cause hermaphroditism, but they will also increase the length of the flowering period. You should also be careful not to over-water your plants.

Most important of all, however, is providing exactly the right nutritious environment. In addition to nitrogen, cannabis plants need higher levels of potassium and phosphorus to generate enough energy for ripening and growing flowers. However, over-fertilising is also a known risk at this stage. For instance, high levels of nitrogen will slow florescence, while phosphorus stimulates flowering. But some growers have taken this to mean 'nitrogen bad - phosphorus good', and their plants have suffered the consequences.

"Ran a 10 pack next to 2 other well established companies' bubblegum strains. Not only were Nirvana's like a 1/3 or 1/4 of the price, but the ladies not only outweighed the competition, but they -especially 3 of them- were extreme bubblegum tasting treats. I mean bazooka joe double bubble big league chew pink bubblegum in smell and taste.
