Order Status
Now you can check up on your order status by entering the order number into the box at the top of the page! Please note that this will track your order up until the moment it is shipped: we do NOT provide tracked shipping.
Normally, your order status trail will progress as follows:
Waiting for payment (CC) -> Paid -> Packaging department -> Ready to be shipped -> Shipped Waiting for payment (Bank) -> Paid -> Packaging department -> Ready to be shipped -> Shipped Waiting for payment (Cash) -> Paid -> Packaging department -> Ready to be shipped -> Shipped Pending Mollie -> Paid -> Packaging department -> Ready to be shipped -> Shipped
Explanation of the different order statuses:
- Waiting for payment (CC): We're awaiting your creditcard payment.
- Waiting for payment (Bank): We're awaiting your bank payment; this may take a while to process.
- Waiting for payment (Cash): We're awaiting your cash payment; this may take a while to arrive and process.
- Pending Mollie: We're awaiting your payment through iDeal
- Paid: We've received your payment (credit card, bank transfer or cash).
- Packaging department: Your order is being handled by our packaging department.
- Ready to be shipped: Your order is ready to ship and waiting to be picked up.
- Shipped: Your order has been shipped.
Additional possible statuses:
- Waiting for approval: We're manually re-checking your details for security reasons. This may take up to a couple of days and is no cause to be concerned! It's simply a standard random test our financial department occasionally performs.
- Refunded: Your payment has been refunded.
- Re-sent: We've sent out your order again.
- On hold: Shipment is pending. We may have run out of stock, or you may not have paid the full amount.
- Cancelled: The order has been cancelled.
- Failed: An error occurred while you were ordering. Please try again.
