Summary and suggest:: While I could rave about how fast the order arrived, I felt that a grow report would be much more informative. Sterling Haze: This is a variety that requires some patience and knowledge of growing. I started with a PH of 6.2 in the vegetative stage and rose to 6.4 in the flowering cycle. The Grow Medium is Coco and number 4 Perlite in 5-gallon containers. The ratio of Perlite to Coco is 25%. Type of Grow, I hand watered and used a vertical SCROG to increase yield and to take advantage of the 5x5ft grow area that was used. The lighting was provided by 600 watt HPS, and proved to be perfect for a bountiful harvest. I am sure that 400 watt Halide or HPS would have worked also (I have both), but I chose to go with the more efficient and powerful light. Feeding, I vegetated for 50 days and while I am not into endorsing nutrient companies, any feeding solution that you are familiar with should work out well if it is formulated for the vegetative cycle. What I did was provide a solution of 0-50-30 after the first 30 days of flowering and supplemented nitrogen as I saw fit to do so. Patience is the key to this strain. I watched the trichomes and harvested when a few spots of amber started to show, this was between 9.5 – 10.5 weeks for me. After 20 years of growing I do not follow breeders prescribed weeks to harvest, I watch what the plant says to do, and you can’t go wrong with this approach. I would say that another key point is to cure this fine variety well before judging its quality (at least 3 weeks). Surprisingly it clones very easy, I took six clones successfully. When grown properly this plant looks almost artificial, it looks that good while growing. The end product looks better than most referred to Haze varieties, and I have grown many. I did my homework and read many comments about this variety over the net and filtered through the comments. During my research on this variety I found comments that sounded less than intelligent, such as… “The leaves look more like an Indica than a Sativa”! This variety indeed is not a so-called pure Haze (there is no such thing as a pure Haze to begin with), and it is no secret as it is clearly described as not being such. So if you are looking for a thin narrow leaf Haze variety, this is not it. Effect, it has a strong smell that is unique, it kind of smells like a Hazy musty skunk with a sour sting to it that is best as I can describe it when harvested. It soon mellows after being aged in glass to a very exotic sweet herbal scent. The HIGH is like being on an elevator going upwards and doesn’t stop until it gets to the 100th floor…. “DING”! Make sure that you pin a picture of yourself with name and address to your shirt when using this herb, that way if you get lost in your front yard, some one can get you back to your front door.

Summary and suggest:: i found that the SH sprouts quickly but seems to like it very warm 26 - 35 Celsius and very humid (just like the humidity for cloning). hopefully that will help with some of the germination problems that i've seen in the reviews. not only do you get a good seed with nirvana but the service is excellent

Summary and suggest:: My Sterling Haze seeds arrived at my house in the USA in about a week!! Same as my last/first time ordering from NIRVANA. I placed them in the refrigerator for about 3 days or so, placed them on a folded moist paper towel and folded it over only once over my seeds, I placed them in a small seed starter with the lid on and placed them under the shelf in my grow closet with my growing plants. In two and a half days they had all sprung to life very impressively!! PLUS, ONE SEED HAD TWINS IN IT, SO I GOT A BONUS THERE! 3 plus the twins doing great in a grow box, and one in a 5 gallon hydro bucket with a grow pouch, and growing under 2 coil flo. in a foil covered bottom half of a plastic trash barrell. This creates a pod for my plant and IT IS AMAZING!! I HAVE 8 ROWS OF THICK BRANCHES IN ABOUT 10 INCHES OF PLANT!! IT IS A 70'S BUSH!!! I will be flowering soon so will report back when I am getting baked with it and let everybody know how it came out. THANKS NIRVANA!!!

Pros:: The Yield is good not great but could of veged a couple more weeks to improve the yield did not get as tall as I thought it might next time veg longer.

Cons:: very flavorfull fruit when fully cured tasted on inhale and exhale. The smell Cat piss, rotten fruit , and paint thinner.

Summary and suggest:: I harvested at 11 weeks think next time will let go a week longer it just would not stop growing new white pistols all the way up to harvest tri's 50/50 at 10 weeks, tons of tri's frosty and stinky. Patients report great for appetite and definitely nausea more of a head high but some body stone as well. Overall VERY strong! 3x3 600 watt mh/hps repti sun for 3 days then 3 days of total darkness before harvest. grown with organics, bud candy, snow storm,gravity and flushed 2 weeks. Cured in mason jars 4 weeks.

Summary and suggest:: Very nice strain. A good producer. Kurt's wordy review is how I get when I smoke this sterling haze. It is consistently an upper. Like David I too had some seedling die off after a quick sprout. I will need to research more so this does not happen again. Any advice out there?

Summary and suggest:: Buy a packet of 5 seeds of SH and put to germinate all went smoothly ... but only one of them grew up, the rest only reached the 4 cm and eventually die. I have enough experience with seed from Nirvana and never had this happened to me, always have all grown, but this strain was the exception to the rule The plant survived this almost 1 / 2 meter outdoors with FIM pruning under a mesh SCROG hoping for good results. I hope no difficulty flowering and I know that is quite long, especially when the genotype of SH has nothing to northern light. I'll post photos on the portal. greetings and hope that these seeds can further improve
