Blackberry (10 seeds)

I'd grown a strain of Bubble-gum for about 2 years, but as the market went medical my customers only wanted white-strains for their medical needs.

A few short years later, I got my hands on some Black-berry from Nirvana, and decided to offer it as an option, and what do you know, it's good for medical users too, plus it looks and smells great! Sometimes the black buds are such a surprise that people think they have been tampered with but this strain is developed for looks, aroma AND taste.

48 hours germination-2 weeks florescent light-2weeks 400watt MH lamp- switched to 12/12 400watt HPsoium lamp for almost 3 months, 11 weeks acctually... but the whole grow took almost 4 months entirely.

It like to be left flowering for longer than most faster strains, but that's normal for ALL white varieties. You could have 4 grows a year, but with a perpetual crop, it could be all year round! People love this strain, it looks smells, tastes and feels fruity! (Posted on 8/30/10)

Theses plants are amazing, less than a month in veg and they are 18 inches tall. 6/6 for germination. Huge leaves and a light purple on the the stems to the fan leaves. I will update as the grow continues.

I just ordered my seeds. I have smoked this strain before and it is one of my top 10 favorite strains. I hope mine turns out as well as what I got from the Cannabis Club. It was dark purple and so covered in crystals it looked like it was rolled in sugar. Yum! (Posted on 4/26/10)

I am not sure what others are talking about on here. Grew this Blackberry for two seasons so far in backyard in USA Northeast and had no issues. Finishes nice and relatively early-- September--it actually finished way earlier than the other strain I got "top 44" which was supposed to be an auto-flowering variety for northern climates. Easy to grow despite urban backyard/light leakage issues. Handles staking and screening well for camouflage. Nice yields, nice smoke, many people complimented it and were amazed that it was just grown in regular garden. It didn't get all purple looking, but this was just an outdoor dirt grow with the rest of the vegetables.
Maybe it's just my latitude/climate, but I find the blackberry a perfect variety for my needs--4-5 females to provide personal smoke for the rest of the year.
Furthermore, have dealt with Nirvana off and on for @ 10 years and ordered many times. Never once was there an issue with shipping, payment, delivery, security, germination, etc. And, the price is always right! (Posted on 4/23/10)

I ordered 10 Blackberry seeds. They all either turned out to be male or hermaphrodite. How it's possible for ALL of them to turn out this way, I don't know, but I'm severely disappointed as I spotted the males but the hermaphrodite escaped my attention until today and it had started to pollinate my entire garden.

We are starting our 2nd round of flavors from Nirvana, and so far we are sooooooo happy! This time we started 1 Kaya Gold, 2 Full Moon, 2 Razz Cough, 1 Wonder Woman, and 2 BLACKBERRY. I am waiting on 1 of the Full Moon to 'rise.' Our BB were the first to come up! We try not to have expectations that are too high, but we keep our vibes positive at all times around our girls. No.1 Bushman the reviews are not all from one person hence the name and different emails when reviewing them I have been a tried and true Nirvana buyer for over 5 years this particular strain didn't do well Alice and the gang at Nirvana know better I never would diss Nirvana and my reviews are very honest and have been for several years and I do not subscribe to any online pot chat. I mentioned the cross I used the BB and super skunk for in my review as to help others who may want to try this cross with their seeds if you were even talking about buying a clone from someone online you not to bright to begin with. Try not being an ass and realize that we review the strains as we see them and it is to help the growers decide fairly what is the best for them. Now the cross I spoke about the BB and Super Skunk is now done it has a nice grape flavor and scent and the high is almost exactly like the superskunk turned out to be very good idea that I found just by accident trying something with a male BB so if it helps great if it doesn't that fine too. 100% germination. The seedlings are fat and happy. 1 special plant has very interesting leaf shape and texture. Very rounded off and heavily textured bluish tinge of color on the leaves. I have high hopes for this strain even after reading some of these reviews. These were not here when I purchased and I just started the seeds 2 weeks ago. Heads up to anyone reading reviews. I believe most of these are from the same person and that person was on our site talking about how bad Nirvana's BB is and how good his version of blackberry is. Tried to sell me a cutting for 100 US bucks. No thanx. Anyway, I'll follow up later in the grow and after testing to provide an honest review for customers and nirvana. (Posted on 3/6/10)

plants were way too sensative and didn't really grown very good. A lot of males. Decided to just start over with something else.

this plant is in the finnishing stages outdoors in aus, 2 seeds 1 female 1 male, pheno i got is stretchy but has packed on the buds that are rock hard, got a slight purple tinge to it but just the ends of the buds, only problem is no chrystals at all, smells allot like lemon cant wait to sample, got snow white going to sw looks way better lots of frost and loved the 43'c plus weather we get in my parts and stiky iicky iicky. love your work its a pitty you dont ship to australia anymore.................PLEASE start again!!!! I was not satisfied with the blackberry as you can see in my previous reviews but I took a male blackberry and crossed it with a northern lights haze cross and I got a kick ass plant so far she is very purple coated with trichomes and has a nice berry and haze smell short plant tons of white hairs tons of tri's looks like I found a great use for my blackberry seeds thought I would throw that out there in case it helps anyone with the blackberry seeds I plan on back crossing it again to my pure female northern lights. I am about 3 weeks from harvest will update you on how the cross smokes then Peace from the Midwest Okie Dezzer.....................................

This strain was not my cup of THC so to speak. Grew well tall plant blushed purple and had a massive cola on top but smoke was way to heavy and not really to my liking on taste had a berry taste but peppery and bitter. Not even a contender to the many many other strains I have gotten from Nirvana. I tried twice and got similar pheno's both times and both were not to my liking first time for everything. I am on to A. Indica and still giving room to the $uper $kunk hands down one of my fav's that and Northern lights.

Well I love to leave great remarks about you guys (and gals) there at Nirvana because I have always received my multiple orders very fast and discreet. I Love The ICE plant, The Blackjack and The Ak48, But this Blackberry was not very good at all! None of the flowers would blush purple,the stems only and that is ok, but I am using hydro with top shelf nutrients and the end result was less than desirable. Maybe this is for much more experienced types. I will have to stick to the Ice plant. Sorry for the Negative review but I figured you would want to know...

I was completely unhappy with the end results of the BB seeds I got from nirvana. The shipping was great and fast! But the finished buds were not what I was expecting . None of my plants turned green even though I dropped temps drasticly in late flower. My other plants purped but the bb did not at all. Not happy since I was looking for purple buds. Seven days from order to arrival to address in USA I am totally impressed with that fact alone not to mention the wonderful looking seeds I ordered. The shipping is way cool andI had wondered if I would get them or not. I recieved them 7 days from order intact in very stealth packaging. WELL THE 3 PLANTS I HAVE NOW...1 IS BUDDING AND 2 ARE STILL GROWING
