Payment messages & status
As soon as we receive payment we (automatically) update the orders’ status and send out an email to let you know. If, by any chance, you have missed this e-mail you could always look in your “Order History”. Make sure you’re logged into your account, navigate to “My Account” and open your “Order History”.
You can find all the information on your orders there.
What is “Payment Error” / “Payment Declined”?
Every now and then one of our payment providers throws errors at random. No need to worry, this simply means the transaction has not been completed, no money is lost!
As a result of this, the order has not been completed. You’re safe to try again!
