Nirvana cannot be held responsible for anything that may happen to your order while in transit. Although we send our orders by first class mail, there is always a small risk of loss and you should be aware of this before ordering.
Shipping time dependents not only upon our mail service, but also, of course, on your local postal services. For this reason, we can only give you an estimated shipping time based on our general experience.
Cannabis seeds, like all seeds in nature, are living material and Nirvana Seeds cannot offer guarantees on germination rates, or promise that every seed in every pack will germinate. Nature does not allow any company to be able to make such an absolute statement, and it would be misleading to customers to try to do so.
Nirvana Shop can however assure customers that all seed batches are tested, correctly stored and handled while they are in possession of the company. Therefore when the packages are received at their destination, 90 to 100% of the seeds in each pack should germinate when the recommended germination method is used.
In some countries the germination of our seeds is illegal. We expect our customers to comply with the laws of the country the seeds will be delivered to. We strongly discourage our customers to act in conflict of the law by growing cannabis plants from cannabis seeds.
Nirvana Seeds ships cannabis seeds on the condition that they will NOT be used by customers in conflict with any applicable law, and are sold as souvenir and novelty purposes only.
Refunds and Cancellation
Refunds and cancellations are only applicable if the order is still in our office and has not shipped yet. If you wish to cancel a paid order or be refunded, you will need to contact Customer Support as soon as possible. Please note that we charge an administrative fee of €5,- per transaction.

- Vouchers are to be used for one-time purchase only (unless categorically mentioned).
- Vouchers are to be used by individual customers unless otherwise stated.
- Voucher codes must be entered at the checkout page.
- Unless otherwise stated, vouchers are not valid in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.
- Nirvana vouchers are not exchangeable for cash.

Importing, stocking and supplying hemp seed is not subject to regulation in pursuance of the 1961 Single Treaty on Narcotics. In countries such as the Netherlands, the freedom to trade hemp seed is clearly incorporated in the National Opium or Narcotics Act legislation.
Unfortunately, regulation and implementation of hemp seed legislation often differs from country to country. We advise you to make inquiries about the regulations governing your country or region.
Sometimes exemption can be obtained for industrial, medicinal and agricultural applications.
In a number of countries trading in hemp seed does not require a permit. However, a notification requirement is sometimes imposed in the event that hemp seeds are exported for the purposes mentioned above.
If the notification requirement is applicable, please inform us.
We dispatch our seeds with the reservation that third parties in conflict with the law will not use them.
Nirvana shop does not wish to induce anyone to act in conflict with the law. We explicitly point out that all those who purchase our seeds are responsible for their own actions.
Nirvana shop will accept no responsibility in this respect.

What do we do with your information?
When you create an account on this website or buy something in our store as part of the purchase and sales process, we collect the personal information that you provide to us, such as your name, address and e-mail address. The purpose of this is to be able to send you your order and transactional e-mails.
When you search our website, we automatically receive the Internet Protocol address (IP address) of your computer as well as information about your browser and operating system. The purpose of this is to be able to show the website optimally.
E-mail marketing: with your permission we can send you e-mails about our store, new products and other updates.
OpenStreetmap: When you choose to validate your address details with OpenStreetmap, your address details will be send to their website for validation. OpenStreetmap uses your data to check if that is correct. The address details that we send are not saved on their side.
If your payment is arranged with a direct payment method such as credit card, your name, address, e-mail address and necessary details - like the credit card number - can be sent to the payment service provider.
When we share your data with third parties such as the post-processing company or Payment Service Provider, we will request your permission at the time by means of the check box. If you do not want to give permission, you can not use the service in question.
If you want to receive our newsletter or promotional e-mails, we will only do so if you have given us permission to do so. You can withdraw that permission yourself at any time.
How do I withdraw my consent?
Promotional e-mail/newsletter: If you change your mind after your opt-in, you can withdraw your consent by logging in to your account and de-select the e-mail option. In addition, we display a unsubscribe link on every promotional e-mail/newsletter that you can use to withdraw your consent.

We will share your personal information with legal authorities if we have the legal obligation or if you breach the service conditions.
Removing personal data
Orders that have never been paid for are set to canceled after 3 months and removed from our database after six months.
In connection with the Tax Code, we are obliged to keep order data for 7 years. That includes personal data. For this reason, we remove personal data from accounts with paid orders that are no longer active for more than 7 years.
For customers that did not place any order we remove the account plus all related data from our database 2 years after sign-up.
You can submit a request at any time to delete your personal data. If we have the legal obligation to do so, certain information will have to be retained according to the legal deadline. In that case, that data will not be deleted.
Your data will be deleted within 1 month after we receive your request. If we are unable to realize this within the set period of 1 month, you will be notified of this within 1 month of the request.
If you want your data to be deleted, you can submit a request to the address below. You must be able to identify yourself with a valid identity card such as a passport or an ID issued by your government.

Services of third parties
In general, the third-party suppliers we use will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to enable them to provide the services they provide to us.
With external suppliers with whom we share your personal data, we have, according to the legal obligation, a processor's agreement that regulates how your personal data are handled.
As soon as you leave the website of our store or are redirected to a website or application of a third party, this privacy statement is no longer applicable. Instead, the privacy statement of that third party applies.
Links: When you click on links in our store, they can lead you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy rules of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statement.
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow the best practices in the industry to ensure that it is not misappropriated, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
Passwords are stored encrypted using one-way encryption.
If you provide your credit card information to us, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer (SSL) technology. We follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
The law requires that persons under the age of 18 require permission from their legal representative when using Internet services. When in doubt about the age of a customer, we reserve the right to ask for identification.
Changes to this policy
If our store is bought or merged with another company, your information can be transferred to the new owners so that we can continue to sell products to you.

We cannot disclose all the security measures we've taken but here are some of them:
- Dataconnections between you (your webbrowser) and our servers are encrypted.
- Our websites are on privately owned servers located in the Netherlands. Images (and some other static resources) are on a CDN (Content Delivery Network).
- All (personal) data stays where it belongs, safely stored. We only use randomized data for testing and this is done on a local secured network.
- Nirvana will never hand out your personal details to any third party without your consent.
- Occasionally we use a screentracker to analyze what links are clicked.
