Growing 

Cookies Cream seeds may not be the easiest to grow and will require regular maintenance, especially as plants get bigger. She will express her 50/50 indica and sativa lineage and grow medium height during the vegetative stage, and stretch quite aggressively once flowering starts.

Growers with limited height may find this cultivar to be difficult to grow. As she can grow as tall as 180 cm (70 inches) in some cases she will need plenty of space.

Indoor

Under HID lighting, Cookies Cream Feminized will produce excellent results, and some of the frostiest buds you have ever seen. She has the capabilities to become large, and can drink high amounts of nutrients. Internodal spacing will be open, allowing air flow around the plants to be fresh and free flowing.

We recommend growing in a large pot for best results and to provide a long growing phase under 18/6 before flowering.

Outdoor

She absolutely thrives in a hot climate such as California or Spain, however she can be quite tricky and challenging. Once plants stretch, the final height may grow as tall as 180 cm (70 inches), so may not be the best choice for anyone trying to keep a low profile.

We advise keeping Cookies Cream South-facing and plant outdoors directly into a large-sized pot.

Fungal resistance

Despite her tight and stacked buds, she has a very high resistance to mold, so growers who experience wet and colder weather will not need to worry. This cultivar is also very well suited for strong winds.

Flowering time

Indoor

Outdoor

Outdoors, flowering time will range from 56-70 days, depending on the climate. Growers who experience hot and tropical weather will find most plants require 70 days and will be the most productive. It is best to plant outdoors in Spring and with a harvest date of mid-October in mind.

Indoor

Yields of up to 450 g/m² (1.5 oz per square foot) can be harvested under HID lighting. It is advised to allow Cookies Cream plants to grow for longer before changing the timers to 12/12. This will help increase yields even further.

Outdoor

Outdoors, 500 grams (17.5 oz) per plant can easily be achieved. With plant training and nutrients, it’s even possible to increase those numbers to 500 grams+ (17.5 oz) per plant.

Plant height & structure

Her structure can be described as medium tall, and lanky with long branches. She will produce one main central cola surrounded by side branches that will need supporting, and may grow between 150-180 cm (59-70 inches) in height, so provide enough room when growing Cookies Cream Feminized.

Training

It is well advised to train the plants during the vegetative stage, and apply techniques such as topping, fimming and pruning to increase yields further.

Support may need to be added in some cases to help the long, thin side branches stay up right when producing buds.
