Growing

By crossing Swiss Cheese which made from Skunk #1, and Swiss Miss with Jock Horror Auto, the result is an autoflowering hybrid that likes to grow on the tall side. She reacts very well to training and can help limit the final height.

Expect a complex terpene profile that will express the best of both parents, with the yields and superb resin production.

Indoor

Swiss Cheese Auto requires a little more skill and maintenance, than the photoperiod version of Swiss Cheese. Thanks to her Jock Horror influence, she can stretch considerably during flowering, so those growing indoors may need to apply training such as LST to keep her height maintained.

She does not grow as tall as a sativa, however can be quite challenging and best for growers with plenty of height and room to flower her out.

Outdoor

When grown outdoors and trained for the first 4 weeks, this autoflowering strain will grow very fast and taller than most autos. The best time to plant her is from the end of May until September time; however, she can be grown during the colder months of the year also with great results.

Indoor

Under HID lighting and grown under 12 or 18 hours of light, flowering time from seed until harvest will take 11-12 weeks depending on the phenotype.

Outdoor

Flowering time will take up to 84 days from seed to harvest; however, she is well worth the wait.

Yield

Indoor

Yields of 350 g/m² (1.1 oz per square foot) can be achieved, when grown closely together in a Sea of Green.

Outdoor

Outdoors, our Swiss Cheese Automatic can produce 90 grams (3 oz) per plant. The biggest yields can be achieved when growing during the Summer months.

It is also advised to keep the plants South-facing to get the most sun possible.

Plant height & structure

Final height will reach around 125 cm (49 inches) tall. This lady will bloom with an impressive resin profile and beautiful, compact nugs that have long, thin side branches.

The surrounding leaf is heavily coated in white frost and the growth structure is very open, allowing plenty of air flow around the buds and branches during the flowering stage.

Training

If you do not have a lot of height in your growth space, then we recommend performing LST with Swiss Cheese Autoflower. This will reduce the final height significantly and cause little stress.

You may need to add long bamboo canes as support stakes in case plants get too tall and begin to topple over during flower.
