What is the status of my order?
In order to view the current status of your order, you need to be logged in with the account which you placed the order from. Only then you can view your actual order status in your “Order history”.

What do orders look like when they are packaged?
We at Nirvana understand how important privacy is for our customers. To ensure the privacy of our customers we prepare all orders in a sturdy and most importantly, in a discreet fashion. We make sure that the products stay hidden and well protected against external force.
Nirvana products usually come in an envelope. For product like grow kits we use small and sturdy cardboard boxes that in your mailbox. We can’t spoil you the secret and tell you how the package exactly looks or how to find your products within the package. All we can say is be creative when your receive one of our package!
How can I check that you have received my order?
You will receive an email from us confirming the placement of your order. It is possible this e-mail has ended up in your spam folder.
If the order has been placed successfully, it will show up in your “order history”. The order status will be updated accordingly.
However, there is no confirmation when using the ‘Anonymous Checkout’ - as it is anonymous. If the payment or order goes through post Please take into account that it can take some time to process. Take “How long does it take for me to receive my order?” into consideration,
How do I change my address?
As a registered customer of Nirvana Shop you are able to store multiple addresses in your account. Might be useful to ship something to your loved one, or your mother in law!
Important: Once your order is placed, the orders’ address is final - changes to the address will not have effect on your placed order.
If you feel like there has been a mistake and your order has not been shipped yet, feel free to contact “Nirvana Shop Support”.

How do I cancel an order?
Orders that have not shipped or paid can be cancelled from your “order history”. Find your order and click on the order number. This will show your order in full detail, alongside with the order cancel button at the bottom.
If you wish to cancel an order that has been paid or shipped, please contact the “Nirvana Shop Support”.
Can I track my order?
Unfortunately, no. We do not offer tracking on our packages. Shipping with tracking requires us to state what's in the package. Not a good idea when shipping cannabis seeds.
Frequently Asked Shipping Questions
How long does it take for an order to be processed?
At Nirvana we process your order as soon as the payment is received. It may take longer depending on which payment method you have selected.
Cash payments can take up to a month to arrive. It is important you send your cash payment through REGISTERED mail with your order number and a return address, to ensure it reaches its destination.
A bank transfer can take up to 5 working days to arrive. Be sure to include your order number in the transfer details or it might take a lot longer to process your payment.
A Bitcoin payment can take between half an hour and 5 working days to process. This greatly depends on the choice of wallet and where the Bitcoins have been purchased. For more information, feel free to check out the “How to pay with Bitcoin” guide.
Credit card payments are by far the quickest. You can expect your order to be packaged the next working day.

What are the shipping costs?
We charge a small fee per product for handling and shipping in order to maintain our high standard of fast and stealthy shipping. Orders with growth solutions as well as particularly large orders will be sent in multiple shipments.
The shipping costs greatly depends on the products in your order and the destination. For the actual shipping costs, check the total costs in your Shopping cart.
Nirvana offers free stealth shipping on every order above 100 euro.
To which countries can cannabis seeds be sent?
Nirvana is proud to offer World Wide Stealth Shipping, with a few exceptions.
Unfortunately shipping to Australia and Japan is just not possible at the moment.

How to see if your cannabis plant is male or female
Your plant will show it’s sex during the flowering stage. Male plants will have small balls growing between the leaves. And female plants will grow something which looks like tendrils between the leaves.
What is the difference between indica and sativa?
Both scientifically and legally there is no difference between sativa and indica; all cannabis plants are considered to be Cannabis sativa. In general terms it describes a broad category which indicates the strain's place in the 'spectrum' of cannabis. These differences can be noticed in effects, qualities and even the growth-patterns. A short summary of the differences have been listed below.

Difference between effects:
The effect of indica is generally classified as a ‘stone’, meaning that it is more centred on the body. indicas may enhance physical sensations such as taste, touch and sound. The indica effect is noted for being physically and mentally relaxing and it may be soporific in larger doses.
Despite their lower weight and potentially longer flowering time, sativas are valued by many growers for their ‘high’ effect. This high may be characterised as cerebral, energetic, creative, giggly or even psychedelic. It is less overpowering than the indica ‘stone’, and less likely to send the user to sleep.
Difference between flowering:
A major difference between indica and sativa is that sativas take longer to flower. They will usually need between 60 and 90 days to finish blooming. However, they need less time for vegetative growth prior to flowering than indicas do, so the overall time required for sativas is about the same as for indicas (and sometimes less in terms of ‘light hours’).
What are autoflowering cannabis seeds?
Autoflowering seeds provide an easy and rewarding harvest of high quality cannabis without the need for a change in light cycles or removal of male plants. Grown outdoors, these varieties can produce two or more harvests in the course of a normal summer. Under lights, they are capable of going from seedling to full maturity in ten weeks.
It is ideal for gardeners with limited space, time or energy (such as medicinal cannabis users) the feminized autoflowering strains available from Nirvana Shop are excellent choices for any gardener.
Will all plants grown from feminized cannabis seeds be female?
All feminized seeds sold by Nirvana are stable and will be genetically female. With new techniques in the feminizing process and an intensive, multi-stage breeding programme made sure that present day feminized seeds are 100 percent stable, consistent and productive.
What is the best way to germinate cannabis seeds?
We think that the propagator method is by far the most safe way to germinate your seeds. No risk of accidentally tearing off roots and you can easily move the sponge pots into a bigger pot or grow bag.
With the Propagation Kit you pretty much have everything you need. All you have to do is setup the box, prepare the starting cells with your seeds by putting the seeds around 3mm deep in premade holes of the sponge pots. Stir the Bacto in 100 ml water, and pour it into the starting cells and over the included perlites. Place the lid on top and turn on the light. This will create a nice environment for your seeds to germinate. Wait a couple of days and you should be able to see the little sprouts!

What is my payment status?
As soon as we receive payment we (automatically) update the orders’ status and send out an email to let you know. If, by any chance, you have missed this e-mail you could always look in your “Order History”. Make sure you’re logged into your account, navigate to “My Account” and open your “Order History”.

What is “Payment Error” / “Payment Declined”?
Every now and then one of our payment providers throws errors at random. No need to worry, this simply means the transaction has not been completed, no money is lost!
As a result of this, the order has not been completed. You’re safe to try again!

How will my purchase appear on my credit card or bank statement?
Your bank or credit card statement will NOT show any reference to cannabis or Nirvana Shop. Depending on the payment method, the name that will appear on your statement will be shown to you after completing the order.
Nobody should be able to tell where or what you’ve bought!
What is “Waiting for Bitcoin confirmation”?
When you pay your order with bitcoin, your bitcoin transaction is broadcasted over the bitcoin network. That way the servers that calculate your transaction and place it in the blockchain*, also known as ‘Bitcoin miners’, get to know of it’s existence. We also receive notice that the transaction is broadcasted and we set your order to ‘Waiting for Bitcoin confirmation’.
As soon as your transaction is added to the latest block by one of the Bitcoin miners, that transaction is checked by other servers on the bitcoin network. As soon as we receive 6 confirmations (6 servers that acknowledge the transaction as valid) your order is set to paid.
Normally, a transaction’s confirmation should take between 15 minutes and 1 hour.

Why does it take so long for my Bitcoin transaction to be confirmed?
As of lately, there are so many daily bitcoin transactions worldwide that Bitcoin miners have problems keeping up with calculating that huge number of transaction. This means that sometimes the number of unconfirmed transactions is rising, resulting in longer confirmation times. That time can add up to several days and there is not much we can do about it.
The chance that this happens will increase when the fee setting of your wallet is a bit low. Normally the default setting of this fee in your wallet is 0.0001 BTC. If you increase that to 0.001 BTC or even higher, then the chance that your transaction is picked up by a bitcoin miner increases dramatically. We expect for the future that this fee amount needs to be raise even further.
